ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — (02-16-22) — Albuquerque detectives are searching for a group of burglars who broke into a popular Albuquerque adult store and left thousands of dollars in damage behind. In fact when you review the damage it will remind you of the movie Casino starring Robert De Niro where mafia members broke into stores by blasting holes in the buildings to gain entry.
The Albuquerque Police Department received a call Wednesday morning when an alert went off at Seductions Adult Store located at 5205 Menaul Blvd NE. When officers arrived on scene, they found a huge hole in the building as well as damage to the roof.
Police say that the owner of Seductions said that the burglars got away with an undisclosed amount of cash from the adult store.
Authorities are looking for a white Hyundai Santa Fe with heavy damage to the rear of the car and, three people wearing black who were inside the vehicle.
