Actor Luke Evans Breaks Out with ‘Love Is A Battlefield’ MV

LAS VEGAS — (10-16-19) — Actor Luke Evans breaks out with his new ‘Love Is A Battlefield’ MV. A remake of the classic rock hit of the 80s by Pat Benatar.

The 40-year-old openly gay actor released his “Love Is A Battlefield” MV”, the first track from his debut album “At Last”, on October 7, 2019. The At Last album was released by BMG on October 11, 2019.

“The song sums up a lot of emotions inside me.”, said Luke Evans. “Love itself is a minefield of emotions. It’s incredibly hard to find it, and once you have it, it’s incredibly hard to keep hold of, and when you lose it, you feel like the world is breaking apart in front of you,” said Evans.

Evans explained his remake of “Love Is A Battlefield” song…“We’ve stripped the song right back to basics, so you can really hear the lyrics – and I tried to put as much feeling, emotion and empathy into the song as I could. The lyrics to the songs mean something different to everyone, especially in this day and age, when some people are not allowed to love each other. For me, it’s about fighting through the pressures of love and coming out of the other end with it intact. It’s an anthem for what love is about.” said Evans.

Luke Evans signed a record deal with BMG and is looking forward to expanding his career into the music industry.
