GREENVILLE, S.C. — (08-10-23) — We can now report that police have arrested a man in connection with three armed robberies that include a popular adult store in Greenville, according to Lt. Ryan Flood with the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office.

Flood says the suspect who identified as Cristos Mathew Carrillo, 25, of Greenville, committed two armed robberies between February and April of this year.

According to Lt Flood, Carrillo entered the Pandora’s Box on Poinsett Highway on Feb. 9, showed his gun to the employees, and demanded money from the clerk. After Carrillo received the money from the clerk, he ran away on foot down Furman Road.

Carrillo was arrested by the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office in late July and taken to the Greenville County Detention Center.

Carrillo has been charged with three counts of armed robbery, three counts of petit larceny, and three counts of possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
