LOS ANGELES — (06-07-22) — LAPD have released the surveillance video of a armed gunman caught on camera stealing a sex toy but no cash from a Westchester adult store in April. Detectives are asking for help from the public on this one!
The armed robbery took place around 10:50 p.m. April 18, when the suspect entered the adult store on Lincoln Boulevard and 84th Street, said the Los Angeles Police Department on Monday.
The man walked up to the counter, pointed a black gun at the cashier and ordered her to give him “all the money,” said police. “Out of fear, the associate stepped away from the register. As she did, the suspect walked over to the display wall and retrieved an adult novelty product,” said police.
The armed gunman then left the store without taking any money.

The suspect is described as being between 40 to 50 years old, 6 feet tall, weighs about 175 pounds and has dark hair and dark eyes, said police. They further state that the suspect was armed with a blue-steel semi-automatic handgun.
