EUGENE, OR — (01-25-22) — Eugene Police say that an employee of the popular 24 Hour B&B Distributors Adult Store, was injured chasing suspects in a robbery that took place early Tuesday around 5:15 a.m.

Police say that the employee’s injuries are not life-threatening. The incident is being investigated as a robbery and assault.

According to Eugene Police, “The two suspects threatened an adult shop employee with a crowbar and injured the worker when the employee tried to chase down the robbers”, said police. The suspects were able to flee the scene.

Officers responded early Tuesday morning to the B&B Distributors Adult Store located at 710 W. 6th Ave. Once units arrived including their forensic investigation unit, they assessed the scene and began combing the area for the suspects. A K9 unit searched the neighborhood to no avail. Yellow police line tape was then put around the adult store while the Eugene Police Property Crimes Unit and Forensics Evidence Unit conducted their investigation.

“The suspects are described as white adults, possibly one being a female,” said police. Anyone with information on this case are asked to call the Eugene Police Department at 1-541-682-5111 or visit Eugene’s Citizens Online Police Reporting System.
