BERLIN, GERMANY — Gay adult retailer Clonezone announced the launch of two new ecommerce stores for German and Austrian customers.
Clonezone.de and Clonezone.at will officially open for business on Monday May 8 and coincide with the company’s 35th year in the adult entertainment business.
Clonezone originally launched in London in 1982, and since has grown to six brick & mortar superstores, an online store and a wholesale division. The retailer offers aromas, lube, sex toys, DVDs, magazines, fashion, underwear and gifts.
“We are excited to announce the launch of our online retail operations in Europe,” said Clonezone’s store and central operations manager, Nigel Glenn. “As Clonezone continues to expand we are in search of strategic opportunities that fit our brand portfolio.” said Glenn.
“Following on from the success of our retail stores in Berlin and Vienna, these two territories were the natural choice for the extension of the CZ brand online. We look forward to being able to serve the gay community across Europe through our ambitious roll out plans for 2017.” concluded Glenn.
Glenn also noted that the Clonezone.de and Clonezone.at will give German and Austrian residents of convenient access to its exclusive brands and product ranges without high shipping costs and lead times. Clonezone will be commemorating its 35th anniversary with various events and promotions throughout the year.
