ORANGE, CT — Now this is a first, a work place argument turns physical and ends up with arrests!
This is what went down a couple of weeks ago at the VIP Very Intimate Pleasures boutique located at 170 Boston Post Rd, between two employees who were so heated in their argument that the disagreement turned physical resulting in police being called to the scene. The fight was so bad that police arrested both women.
Officers responded to a disturbance call at the VIP that involved store employees on Dec. 28, said police. Officers stated that after their on sight investigation, the general manager of the VIP, Holly Saunders, 34, was attempting to give a job review to employee Jacqueline Ferraro, 26. The incident started with Ferraro’s alleged work performance, said police.
The discussion quickly turned into a shout match which then turned physical when Saunders struck Ferraro in the head, said police.
Luckily other employees at the VIP intervened and separated the two, said police. Both were subsequently taken into custody and charged with second-degree breach of peace. Saunders of course for throwing the first punch, is also charged with third-degree assault. They both were released on conditions that they would appear in court today, January 11. Judging from the circumstances, we don’t expect any serious charges and sentencing to occur on this case.
I contacted the VIP but as a matter of police and law, they could not comment on the situation.
