LANSING TWP, MI — (10-16-23) — Lansing Charter Township detectives are asking the public for help in the armed robberies over the weekend at two adult novelty stores. Lansing Township Detective Randy Volosky said two armed men entered the Cirilla’s adult novelty store on West Saginaw Street shortly after 11 p.m. Saturday, demanded money and fled the scene with cash, along with a cell phone, cash and credit cards belonging to the Cirilla store employee. Detective Volosky also said that the suspect also robbed a store customer of their wallet.

The first suspect is described as a white male, thin build, about 5 feet, 7 inches tall. The second suspect is described as a Black male, 5 feet, 8 inches tall with a similar build.

Volosky stated that both men were wearing dark clothing, and the white suspect was wearing a black, “surgical-type face mask”.

The other case took place within 24 hours before the robbery at Cirillas. This one reported that two suspects matching description of the two males in the other adult store case and carrying similar firearms, committed an armed robbery at Fantasies Unlimited adult store on South Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in Lansing.
