COLUMBIA, MO — (01-07-23) — Police continue their search for the man that held up an adult store at gunpoint on January 5. Officers were dispatched to the Passion’s Adult Boutique located at 1108 Business Loop 70 E., where they were told that a man had entered the adult store business armed with a handgun, fired one shot into the ceiling, then fled the scene on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.
According to the description provided by the adult store employee, the armed robber is described as a Black male wearing all black clothing.
Police are asking for anyone with information on this case to contact the Columbia police department at 573-874-7652 or you can provide an anonymous tip by calling CrimeStoppers at 573-875-TIPS. A tip that leads to an arrest or helps solve a felony could result in a cash reward.
