MIAMI BEACH, FL — (03-13-22) — A 27-year-old man who identified himself as a homeless model, is facing criminal charges for jacking off in public view at a Starbucks, said police.

This is the second time a 27 year-old man has been arrested for allegedly exposing himself at a downtown Starbucks. The first incident took place at a Palo Alto Starbucks back in February.
