WILMINGTON, DEL — (06-10-24) — Nadgerz Inc., parent company of adult toys brand, Balldo, has put the line of pleasure products up for sale. According to Nadgerz inc., the sale will include the Balldo and Viballdo brands, the ecommerce website Balldo.com, the educational site Ballgasm.com and U.S., U.K. and E.U. patent applications along with U.S., U.K. and Chinese trademarks.
“I am sad to say that I have gone as far as I can with this great opportunity,” said Nadgerz CEO Jerry Davies. “When our crowdfunder went viral during the pandemic, I had to quickly step in and set up an ecommerce platform to capitalize on the massive interest,” said Davies. “But I am essentially a wacky inventor and it quickly became apparent that I do not have the necessary business acumen nor financial resources to execute this fantastic opportunity in the way that it deserves and sadly the time has come to let others take the business forward.” said Davies.
