BRISBANE, AUSTRALIA — (02-22-23) — Cub Sport strikes gold with their new ‘Keep Me Safe Music Video, the first single taken from their upcoming 5th studio album entitled, Jesus At The Gay Bar (2023). The video directed by Adam Munnings, documents the early days of the secret teenage romance between Cub Sport’s Tim Nelson and Sam Netterfield.
“I wrote “Keep Me Safe” about a euphoric but complicated time,” said Nelson of the song’s inspiration. “Shedding some light on it now feels like I’m validating my younger self and celebrating the magic in something I was so ashamed of at the time.” said Nelson.
