Emancipation (2022) Official Teaser starring Will Smith

LAS VEGAS — (10-09-22) — Will Smith is back to star in the action thriller, ‘Emancipation (2022)’, a Antoine Fuqua film. Based on a true story, Emancipation is Apple Original Films $120,000,000 budget film about an enslaved man who embarks on a perilous journey to reunite with his family in this powerful film inspired by a true story.

Synopsis:
“A runaway slave forges through the swamps of Louisiana on a tortuous journey to escape plantation owners that nearly killed him.”

Emancipation (2022) also stars Ben Foster, Grant Harvey, David Denman, Steven Ogg, Imani Pullum, Charmaine Bingwa, Paul Ben-Victor and Jayson Warner-Smith.

The action thriller film is set to be released in theaters on December 2, and streaming on Apple TV+ December 9, 2022.
