LAS VEGAS — (01-27-22) — After 11 years, Fredrik Eklund, the multi-million dollar real estate agent and reality tv star of Million Dollar Listing New York, and Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, announced last Monday his exit from the franchise on his Instagram platform.
Eklund was a main reason for the success of the original real estate reality tv show’s success since its debut in 2012. After shifting to the west coast to star in Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles for Season 12 and 13, he’s announced that he is ready to call it quits and move on to new ventures.
I’m sure the multi-millionaire and his wonderful family will be spending plenty of time with their children. No more hectic schedules of a television show.
“After an amazing 11 years, I’ve decided it’s time for the next chapter in my life, and to leave Million Dollar Listing, It’s an end of an era and a new start for me,” posted Eklund on his Instagram last Monday.

Eklund made a name for himself in the gay adult film industry quickly when he headlined the multi award winning blockbuster hit, The Hole (2003). Following his short career of fame in the gay porn biz, he moved to the east coast and in less than two years, was at the top of the New York City Real Estate Market.
Eklund is yet another example of how starting your career in the gay adult film industry can expand your reaches into areas you never imagined it would take you. Just ask the 44 year-old superstar who as of 2021, has an estimated net worth of $30 Million Dollars.
