LAS VEGAS — (05-18-21) — Netflix brings you first look at Liam Neeson and Laurence Fishburne starring in the action drama thriller film The Ice Road (2021). The big budget thriller also stars Holt McCallany, Benjamin Walker, Amber Midthunder, Marcus Thomas, Martin Sensmeier, Matt McCoy and Matt Salinger.

Synopsis:
“After a remote diamond mine collapses in the far northern regions of Canada, an ice driver leads his team on an implausible rescue mission over a frozen ocean to save the lives of trapped miners despite thawing waters and a threat they never see coming.”

Netflix acquired the domestic distribution rights to The Ice Road film for $18 million back in March, and has scheduled the action drama film to be released on June 25, 2021.
