Major Hollywood director Bryan Singer (X-Men, Superman Returns, Valkyrie, The Usual Suspects), has been sued by a man who alleges the Hollywood filmmaker raped him when he was 17 years-old.

According to the lawsuit filed by Cesar Sanchez-Guzman, the alleged victim states that back in 2003, he was offered a tour by Bryan Singer of his yacht during a boat party outside of Seattle. Sanchez-Guzman claims that Singer cornered him in one of the room’s on the yacht and Singer forced him to perform oral sex on him. Sanchez-Guzman then states that following the oral sex act, Singer allegedly raped him.

What makes matters even worse for the filmmaker is that Sanchez-Guzman is further claiming that Singer threatened to ruin Guzman’s reputation if he ever came forward to tell what allegedly happened too him.

Bryan Singer’s publicity agent states that Singer denies the allegations and “will vehemently defend this lawsuit to the very end.” Singer’s representative also added that they are also going after Sanchez-Guzman’s attorney in this case Michael Egan, who had previously filed charges against the filmmaker Singer in the past but later withdrew the case.

“Notwithstanding his track record, this same lawyer is coming after Bryan again,” Singer’s publicity agent said in a statement sent to Buzzfeed. “We are confident that this case will turn out the same way the Egan case did. And once Bryan prevails, he will pursue his own claims for malicious prosecution.”

We will continue to follow this story as it is just developing.
