Williams Trading University offers online courses available 24 hours/7 days per week accessed with a simple login account. Each course offers product benefits and features as well as a seminar that explains its importance to a customer, their needs, and well-being. To date, over 94,000 course certifications have been completed across the domestic US, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
“Upon completing a course, the user takes a quiz certifying their new found knowledge and is rewarded with a downloadable certificate. Free premiums, samples, and special offers are being offered by select participating vendors. This feature is an added benefit to the retailer as their employees can try a product, become a consumer and ultimately recommend it to their customers.”
“We have over 5,000 active users and soon to reach 100,000 certifications with this e-learning program,” said Bob Pyne Jr, CEO and President of Williams Trading Co. “We thank XBIZ and our valued vendors for their support of this important training resource for our customers,” said Pyne Jr.
Recently Williams Trading, in partnership with selected vendors, has added custom channels of specific training material from System Jo and Pipedream Products.
Additionally, Williams Trading University expanded content with the Green Road brand with the introduction of CBD products into the adult channel. Every month new e-learning content is added to this expanding curriculum of content available for all Williams Trading accounts.
