SYDNEY, AU — A gay man, Brendan de la Hay, says that he is routinely attacked verbally because of his wardrobe and this time, he managed to capture such an incident on his cellphone. De La Hay filmed a homophobe while he was at a gay station and decided to post the encounter on his Facebook page where it has gone viral.

Some of the comments you will hear are: “Look what’s your fucking problem? … ‘I called you a f**king gay c**t, you’re a f**king fag….”

When De La Hay posted the video on Facebook, he also made the following comments:

“Any chance anyone else has had the displeasure of meeting this charming specimen? I’d love to know a name so I may properly credit him for his thrilling performance when I use this in my art exhibition. It would only be fair. This is a daily occurrence, and at a public petrol station of all places, all because of a little colourful clothing. So… I ask you… how far have we REALLY come? Don’t stop fighting. Don’t stop marching. SHARE IF YOU WISH.”
