It has been 17 days as of this story and still no arrest in the shotgun using armed robbery suspect who held up a 24-hour adult video store in the Mission Hills area back on Thursday Feb. 8, frightening the employee and running off with cash and porn magazines.

According to San Diego police Sgt. Robert Hawkins, the gunman entered The Adult Depot located at 4055 Pacific Hwy shortly after 5:30 a.m. When the gunman entered the store, he approached the counter demanding money. The suspect took off with an undisclosed amount of cash and yes, a stack of porno magazines.

Sgt. Hawkins describes the suspect as a bearded Hispanic male, roughly 25-year-old, 6-foot-tall with a medium build to heavy set build. He wore a maroon and gray flannel shirt and a baseball cap of unknown color. The surveillance photos released to the press by the San Diego police department do not show the shotgun nor did Sgt. Hawkins describe any details regarding the weapon.

Witnesses on scene told police that the gunman exited the store and got into a dark sedan of unknown make and model. Also, police say that there was still a question of whether the suspect got into the passenger seat of the car with a getaway driver, or if he was the sole occupant of the getaway car.

Sgt. Hawkins said that the case is now in the hands of Robbery & Homicide detectives.  Anyone with information about this suspect are asked to contact the robbery unit at 1-619-531-2299 | Crime Stoppers Anonymous tip line 1-888-580-8477
