MONTREAL — Legendary gay erotica label Next Door Studios, has announced gay adult film star Quentin Gainz – winner of its inaugural ‘Mr. Next Door 2017’ contest.

Quentin Gainz‘ was chosen by fans after votes were tallied on the Next Door Studios online network. The muscle hunk took home the ‘Mr. Next Door Trophy’ at The Phoenix Forum.

I’m so happy that the fans chose Quentin as Mr. Next Door 2017,” said Next Door Studios VP of production, Rocco Fallon. “It’s truly a pleasure to work with Quentin. He’s an incredible guy inside and out. His charming smile, incredible physique and the sexual energy he brings to every scene makes him a perfect choice for Mr. Next Door 2017.” said Fallon.

Gainz, who was nominated for a 2017 Cybersocket Award as “Best Newcomer,” made his debut on the Gay porn military network, Active Duty, before signing an exclusive contract with Next Door Studios.

Quentin made his debut on the Next Door Studios Network in September 2015 with a sizzling audition scene with Markie More. Since then, Gainz has starred in 18 gay porn productions including the popular series “The Reunion” and “Str8 Bait Hostel.” He is slated to appear in the upcoming series “Straight Chexx,” which will go live on March 31.

Gainz was among six contestants vying for the title of Mr. Next Door 2017, which included Markie More, Mark Long, Scotty Zee, Ty Thomas and Lance Ford.

“I’m honored to be named Mr. Next Door 2017,” said Quentin Gainz. “The past few years working with the team at Next Door Studios has been incredible, I’ve made some great friends and it’s opened up so many opportunities for me. I’m looking forward to what the rest of 2017 brings.” said Gainz.

Gainz will receive the grand prize of a $1,000, while More took second place with a cash award of $500 and Zee won third place with a $250 award.
