Gay Pride Flag Set On Fire In Front of Boise Home

BOISE, IDAHO — Investigators are continuing to look into a resident’s gay pride flag being set on fire in front of his home in the late hours of last Saturday night.

According to Boise Police Arson investigators, the resident had the PRIDE Rainbow flag hung outside their house near North 25th and Heron streets for PRIDE week.

According to police, the suspect or suspects set the fire to the PRIDE flag between 10 p.m. Saturday night and roughly 8 a.m. 9:00 a.m. Sunday morning. Boise Police say that they are investigating the flag-burning as a malicious harassment case.
