PENSACOLA, FL — Gay porn star Chris Bines whom you know from his performances in Falcon Studios Dark Matter (2017), Dirty Work (2017) and Easy Inn (2017), has been sentenced to 59-months in prison after pleading guilty to federal charges of conspiring to distribute marijuana and conspiring to commit money laundering.

Back in July of 2017, a federal grand jury returned an indictment, charging eight defendants with conspiracy to distribute marijuana, four of whom were charged with being involved with 100 kilograms or more of marijuana. Additionally, seven of the defendants were charged with conspiracy to commit money laundering. The indictment was announced by Christopher P. Canova, United States Attorney for the Northern District of Florida.

The defendants listed in the indictment were:

Charles Zachariah Sindylek, 31, Brandon Craig Remeyer, 34, Sanford Eugene Johnson III, 31,  William Brett Brownell, 26, William Ezra Brownell (Brett’s father), 60, avid Delgiacco, 55, Andrew Paul Marcelonis, 31 and Steven Ryan Michael Sholly aka Chris Bines, 31.

For the past five years, the 31 year-old Chris Bines has performed for Falcon Studios, Raging Stallion, Randy Blue, Men.com, Hot House and NakedSword, was arrested along with four other co-conspirators after federal agents found a California-to-Florida distribution marijuana network that ran for three years until 2017.

According to federal authorities, more than $3.5 million in cash proceeds from the sale of more than 100 kilograms of marijuana was laundered over the three year investigation. Bines was ordered to self-surrender by May 21 and begin his 59-month sentence. The deal struck with prosecutors is that upon Bines release in 2023, he will be on supervised release for an additional three years.

This case resulted from an investigation by the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Internal Revenue Service – Criminal Investigation, the Pensacola Police Department, the Mobile Police Department, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office, the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office, and the Gulf Breeze Police Department. Assistant United States Attorney Alicia H. Forbes is prosecuting the case.
