Eldorado Elevate U E-Learning Series for Retail

Eldorado Trading Company, the leader in pleasure products, lingerie, mens lingerie and more, confirmed that it has partnered with Rhode Island-based sexuality training and education nonprofit The Center for Sexual Pleasure and Health to bring Eldorado customers Elevate U.

Elevate U is a 16-lesson e-learning series that covers a variety of sexual health topics that goes beyond product focus designed to give stores and store clerks the tools and knowledge they need to become a community sexual resource.

“Elevate U is intended to empower Eldorado’s retailers with accurate sexual health information so they can confidently and correctly answer sexual health related questions.” said Eldorado’s Director of Marketing, Allison Travers. “With this knowledge, retailers can offer customers an excellent in-store experience in order to create repeat business, become a trusted community resource and have a competitive advantage.” said Travers.

“We are dedicating Elevate U in memory of our founder and CEO Larry Garland, to commemorate his longtime passion and commitment to sexual health and wellness education that was always at the forefront of his mission,” added Travers.

According to Eldorado’s sales team, “After hearing the different types of questions retailers were asking the attending sexual health educators at Eldorado’s in-house events, it became evident that there are issues that traditional product education does not address. The common theme is the lack of sexual health resources in communities and therefore an increasing number of customers turning to their local adult store to answer their questions.

After considering these challenges retailers are facing and seeing what educational programs are currently available in the industry, Eldorado saw the opportunity for a comprehensive sexual health education program for its customers and after a year of content development, “Elevate U” was born.

Each video-based lesson is 20 to 30 minutes long and followed by a quiz.   Once all 16 lessons and evaluations are passed, The CSPH will certify participants as a Community Sexual Health Resource.”

Retailers, “Elevate U” is now available to active Eldorado customers as an added value to working with Eldorado. To kick off the launch will be four lessons in the series at the beginning of 2017 with subsequent lessons to be released throughout the year.
