The YouTuber turned pop’s newest craze, announced his upcoming debut album “Kid Know”, on Jan. 9, along with his excitement to tell his fans “all of my secrets.”

Conan Gray’s new track tells the story of his troubled childhood in the third person category.

“It’s one of the ones that means more to me,” said Gray about the song, according to Genius. “I like to tell stories and this song is kind of a story about my life when it was before all of [my fame].”

“The Story” official video is currently trending at #36 on YouTube and has already garnered over 342K views.
