The Royal Canadian Mounted Police department in Kelowna are eager to capture the armed robbery suspects of an adult store based in downtown Kelowna that involved two male suspects tying up two female employees in restraints during the robbery of cash and sex toys.

According to police, the armed robbery took place Monday Jan. 22, around 7:30 p.m. at the popular Wild Kingdom Adult store located 563 Lawrence Ave in British Columbia.

Investigators claim that the two males suspects entered the store with their faces covered and one brandishing a firearm, demanded cash from the two female employees on duty at the time of the robbery.

“There were no customers inside the business at the time of the robbery,” said Cpl. Jesse O’Donaghey of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Department. “Once inside the suspects proceeded to retrieve the employee’s cellular phones, physically restrain them and secure them in a back room.” said Cpl. O’Donaghey.

After the two male suspects exited the store, the two employees were able to free themselves from their restraints to call 911.  Luckily there were no customers in the store nor did the employees suffer any serious injuries.
