Synopsis:
“Brandon Anderson is leaving for the military and his best friends Nico Coopa and Carter Woods are celebrating his final days at home. As his departure draws closer, unresolved feelings come to light that could change things forever. Scott Finn, Jayden Marcos and Andrew Miller have all graduated from college and are celebrating for the weekend.

When closeted Scott starts catching lust for Jayden, things get way more complicated. Question is: will things turn out for the better? Or will their friendship be ruined? Blain O’Connor just moved into the house next to loving couple Trevor Harris and Ryder Owens.

When a set of lost keys lead their paths to cross, this couple might decide to give him a proper welcome to the neighborhood. Dakota Payne is house sitting for Roman Todd when the new pool boy, Devin Franco, piques Dakota’s interest. But now, Dakota’s gotta find a way to seduce the pool boy so they can have one hell of a time together.”

Directed by Jeremy Babcock, Walden Woods and Conrad Parker, the Welcome to the Neighborhood DVD is scheduled to arrive in brick and mortar stores August 22, 2024.
