PALM SPRINGS, CA — (11-08-22) — Palm Springs ‘Say Gay’ themed Pride Parade 2022 drew massive crowds this past weekend. Attendees came from across the nation to attend the 36th annual Greater Palm Springs Pride Parade this past Sunday.
In true tradition, participants in the parade decked out in rainbows and fashion that made heads turn! The parade truly represented a wide range of LGBTQ groups, from the Palm Springs High School band to a “Pornstar Float” with gay adult film stars on display.
This year’s Pride festival’s theme is “Say Gay”, based on the controversial anti-LGBTQ Florida bill dubbed “Don’t Say Gay” bill, was signed into law back in March by Governor DeSantis.
The outrageous law restricts classroom discussions of sexual orientation and gender identity and has been condemned by the Human Rights Watch, GLAAD and LGBTQ groups across the globe.
