LAS VEGAS — (04-25-22) — Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk who has 81.8 million followers on twitter (TWTR), has purchased the social media giant for a reported $44 Billion Dollars.  With Musk take over of  twitter, the question is, will gay porn be banned from the platform? Following the prohibition of gay porn on Facebook and Instagram? Especially when he has said he wants to take the company private?

Under the terms of the deal, shareholders will receive $54.20 in cash for each share of Twitter stock they own, matching Musk’s original offer and marking a 38% premium over the stock price the day before Musk revealed his stake in the company.

“The Twitter Board conducted a thoughtful and comprehensive process to assess Elon’s proposal with a deliberate focus on value, certainty, and financing,” Twitter independent board chair Bret Taylor said in a statement, calling the deal ” the best path forward for Twitter’s stockholders.”

Musk has long been a vocal advocate of free speech and called out what he saw as operational and governance incompetence of the Twitter board in making his offer. While conservative media have lauded his free speech advocacy, many on the left have openly expressed concern over Musk taking the platform and turning it into a right wing mega phone for hate speech.

But the question that the Gay adult film industry, adult film industry and adult novelties industry be banned from the platform once it goes private. Elon Musk’s own track record on Twitter has many concerned over the possibility of this man banning adult entertainment on Twitter once he takes the company private.

His own comments in the past raise concerns to this question. He once called a British cave rescue diver trying to save a group of kids trapped a “pedo guy” on Twitter because the man refused to listen to his suggestions on how to rescue the boys.

In 2019, he once again came under fire from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for tweeting that he had secured funding to take Tesla private, which boosted Tesla stock. He wound up settling with Musk leaving his role as Tesla chairman and personally along with his Tesla entity, were ordered to pay the SEC $20 million.
