LAS VEGAS — (12-31-21) — Cultural icon and TV legendary actress Betty White (1922-2021) has died at the age of 99. Law enforcement sources told JRL CHARTS LGBT News that the multi award-winning actress died at her home on Friday morning.

The former Golden Girls star died less than three weeks before her 100th birthday. Cause of death has not yet been released by her family.

White was born on January 17, 1922 and had a film and television career dating back to the 1940s. Her most famous role that made her a household name was her portrayal of Rose Nylund on the 7 season hit TV show series, The Golden Girls.

Betty White garnered huge support from the LGBT community back in 2010 when she announced her support for same-sex marriage and known for her outspoken jabs at bullies of LGBT youth.

White is also the last cast member of the Golden Girls cast to pass away.
