Fresno Police say that they tried to go after the grand theft robbers in their Silver Kia as they drove away from the scene but were forced to call off the pursuit because they didn’t have enough resources in the area.

During the investigation, police learned the same women also stole $2,000 worth of items from the Ulta Beauty on Herndon near Highway 99 just 30 minutes prior to the original chase.

This isn’t the first time Ulta Beauty Stores have suffered a major theft.  Five months ago thieves using the same tactics got away with over $11,000+ in merchandise from Ulta Beauty stores in Suffolk, VA.

Police are also interested in the two suspects in connection with another grand theft at the Victoria’s Secret boutique located at the Fashion Fair on the same day. In that theft, $8,000 worth of items were stolen from that store.

Anyone with information on this case can call the Fresno Police Department Northwest District at 1-559-621-6500 or call Crime Stoppers at 1-559-498-STOP.
