PENNSAUKEN, NJ — (02-03-21) — Williams Trading Co., is pleased to announce the addition of a new course on the Health & Wellness Channel from Wicked Sensual CareⓇ.
Lube 101 – Sponsored by Wicked Sensual Care will give e-Learners a good foundation in lubricants, and cover several talking points that retailers should know in order to best serve their customers. Among these points are the ‘Whys’ of using lubricant, different ingredients that can be found in lubricants and their purpose, and market trends that affect consumers’ buying habits. As a retailer, being able to offer the right product for the customer’s needs is not only pertinent from a sales perspective, but also – and maybe most importantly – from a health and wellness standpoint as well.
Dr. Sunny Rodgers, who holds a Doctorate in Human Sexuality, as well as many certifications in the Sexual Health & Wellness field, worked closely with Wicked Sensual CareⓇ and the Williams Trading University team to create a course that will enhance retail knowledge and give those new to the adult retail channel a foundation to build upon.
“Lubricants are so incredibly important for consumer health and wellbeing, and it was very fulfilling for me to be able to work with the Wicked Sensual CareⓇ team to create such an impactful educational course. I know that retailers and their own end consumers will be able to find a lot of value in the lessons provided in this course and the many others available on WTU’s Sexual Health channel,” comments Dr. Sunny on working on this course.
Rachel M, Williams Trading University Coordinator and formerly a retail employee in an adult boutique herself, agrees with Dr. Sunny’s views. “There are so many types of lubricants out there, and consumers can get easily overwhelmed by the sheer number of choices. This course was created to help give retailers an overview on the subject – basically, Lube 101 as the course is titled. It’s not meant as a be-all, end-all course, but rather introduces the learner to the basics and topics that one really needs to know in order to best help consumers.
Having Wicked Sensual CareⓇ sponsor this course was a natural choice as the company focuses on producing lubricants that are very body friendly and safe for even the most sensitive of users. Committed to producing products that are vegan-friendly and paraben free, Wicked Sensual CareⓇ contributed their wealth of knowledge on formulations and ingredients while this course was under development.
“We at WSC are very excited to be part of the Health and Wellness channel. It aligns perfectly with our mission to offer lubricants that promote sexual health and wellness. Knowing what a great resource WTU is for retailers, we’re excited to see the impact this new channel will have as well,” states Jennifer Brice, Wicked’s Director of Sales.
The Williams Trading University team developed the Sexual Health & Wellness Channel as a platform to educate learners on topics that are at the forefront of consumer interest, as the taboos surrounding sex are slowly being eradicated by a strengthening presence in mainstream media.
