NEW YORK, NY — (12-29-20) — On Tuesday, the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office announced that they have hired legendary forensic accounting specialists FTI Consulting, to assist in its criminal investigation into President Donald Trump and his Trump Organization, The Washington Post reported.
The minute the story was leaked every major cable news channel and broadcast network went to “BREAKING NEWS’. However on Conservative media outlets, The Drudge Report is covering the story but its sister outlets; FOX News, Newsmax and Beasley Media Group’s AM Radio dominated conservative talk radio, NOT A WORD!
People familiar with the matter confirmed the plans to the Washington Post. One source with knowledge of Trump’s criminal investigation said that District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr., has hired FTI Consulting to investigate property deals and to advise him on whether the Trump Organization altered the value of certain assets in order to get tax breaks and better interest rates.
Trump Criminal Probe Heats up with Manhattan DA bringing in FTI Consulting
The criminal investigation which began in 2018 looking to alleged payments made to two women claiming to have had sexual affairs with Donald Trump, has now expanded to include potential wrongdoings by president Trump’s larger businesses activities.
The sources who spoke to The Washington Post on the condition of anonymity, said that the investigation, which is believed to encompass several years of activities, is highly sensitive.
Spokespeople for both Vance and FTI Consulting declined to comment when contacted by JRL CHARTS. When we attempted to reach someone at the Trump Organization but as of this report, have not received a response.
For the record president Trump and representatives of the Trump Organization have repeatedly condemned the district attorney’s investigation, claiming that it is nothing more than another “Democratic witch hunt”.
According to an FTI corporate brochure, the company provides “the industry’s most complete range of forensic, investigative, data analytic and litigation services” and has “extensive experience serving leading corporations, governments and law firms around the globe.”
The district attorney’s office has indicated in multiple court filings that it is investigating potentially extensive criminal conduct at the Trump Organization. Prosecutors have suggested that the one-term president and his businesses could be investigated for tax and insurance fraud.
