ST. PAUL, MN — (10-30-20) — Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension investigators, Special Agent Brent Peterson, Special Agent Brent Petersen, and FBI Special Agent Blake Hostetter conducted a video interview with ex-officer Tou Thao who is charged with aiding and abetting second-degree murder and manslaughter in the death of George Floy.
Prosecutors filed the interview as evidence in court as part of their case and released the video a few weeks ago.
Since the release of the first internal interview with one of the officers in the death of George Floyd, the interview has garnered over 400,000 views.

Fired officer Chauvin is charged with second-degree murder, third-degree murder and manslaughter. Lane, Kueng and Tou Thao are charged with aiding and abetting second-degree murder and manslaughter. All four officers were fired and are scheduled for trial in March 2021.
