HOLLYWOOD, CA — (09-09-20) — Get your first look at sexy 24 year-old Timothée Chalamet starring in the ‘Dune’ (2020) official movie trailer. The three minute trailer also stars Rebecca Ferguson, Oscar Isaac, Josh Brolin, Stellan Skarsgård and Dave Bautista.

Written and directed by Denis Villeneuve and produced by Cale Boyter, Joe Caracciolo Jr., Mary Parent and Denis Villeneuve, Dune (2020) is the international co-production of Canada, Hungary, the United Kingdom and the United States, and it is the first of a planned two-part adaptation of the 1965 novel of the same name by Frank Herbert, which will cover roughly the first half of the book.

Synopsis:
“In the far future of humanity, Duke Leto Atreides accepts stewardship of the dangerous desert planet Arrakis, also known as Dune, the only source of the most valuable substance in the universe, “the spice”, a drug which extends human life, provides superhuman levels of thought, and makes foldspace travel possible.

Warner Bros. Pictures is scheduled to release Dune on December 18, 2020.
