PENNAUKEN, NJ — (02-12-20) — Williams Trading University (WTU) wins the prestigious Retail Education/Training Program of the Year and would like to thank XBIZ, our valued vendors, and adult participating retailers.

One of the first and leading e-Learning platforms offered to retailers, the Williams Trading University (WTU) has taken e-Learning for retailers to another level in achieving sales technique since its inception.

Over 128,000 certifications have been completed by users on Williams Trading Co.’s free e-Learning program, and the number is ever growing.

“This platform has impacted retail sales growth and provides a better store experience for customers,” Scott D., Director of Sales at WTC told JRL CHARTS. “This year we added gamification to this program, this allows more interactivity with our users as they achieve additional levels,” said Scott D.

WTU Learn Debuts Three New CalExotics® e-Courses

Launched in 2014 at the International Lingerie Show, Williams Trading University – or WTU for short – offers retailers free training courses on a number of products, their features, and tips for sellers.

Users complete a short quiz at the end of each module, and upon completion, receive a downloadable certificate stating that they have been awarded certification. Each completion also grants the user an entry into a monthly prize drawing, with the winner receiving a premium product from one of Williams Trading Co.’s many vendors.

“This is a great training tool for retailers,” added new Sales Rep., Rachel M. “There are so many products out there, and these courses enable us to learn about each of them in between vendor store-visits.” said Rachel M.

WTU is great for brick and mortar stores, e-commerce, and home parties, especially as web stores and home parties rarely see vendors.

Winning the XBIZ Award for Retail Education/Training Program of the Year is an honor, and Williams Trading Co and Williams Trading University attribute their win to their customers, and offer their deepest gratitude.
