LOS ANGELES — (10-02-19) (Gay New Entertainment) (Movie Trailers) — RLJE Films unveils TRICK (2019) starring NAACP Image Award-Winner Omar Epps, in director Patrick Lussier‘ horror movie coming to theaters and VOD in time for Halloween.

Halloween season is officially here and RLJE Films kicks things off with Trick (2019), an intense horror film that will have you guessing at every turn.

Omar Epps plays a no-nonsense detective who tries to track down a serial killer named Trick, a psychopath that is terrorizing a small town.

RLJE Films acquired the horror film directed by “My Bloody Valentine” and “Drive Angry” helmer Patrick Lussier.

The plot is set in a small town, where a masked madman visits every Halloween. Detective Mike Denver (Omar Epps) will stop at nothing to discover who he is and how to stop him.

Synopsis:
“On Halloween night in 2015, Patrick “Trick” Weaver massacred his classmates at a costume party. After being arrested, he managed to escape police custody, but not before being shot five times by Detective Mike Denver. Everyone believes Trick must be dead, but when a masked killer reappears the following Halloween, and every Halloween after that, they realize the nightmare is not over. With Trick wreaking havoc and killing people in increasingly terrifying ways, Denver will stop at nothing to finish what he started and bring the carnage to an end.”
