The Spy (2019) Sacha Baron Cohen Dramatic Mini-Series

SANTA MONICA, CA — (08-29-19) — Légende Films presents Sacha Baron Cohen in his most dramatic role to date portraying former intelligence agent Eli Cohen in “The Spy”.

The Spy is an upcoming television miniseries starring Noah Emmerich, Hadar Ratzon Rotem and Nassim Si Ahmed. The captivating miniseries was written and directed by Gideon Raff and Max Perry.

This dramatic miniseries is based on the life of Israel’s top Mossad spy Eli Cohen who was based in Syria, and portrayed by Sacha Baron Cohen.

While American fans of Sacha Baron Cohen know him from his comedy roles, this will be the first time to see another side of his multi-talented skills in acting.

The show is a co-production between Canal+ and Netflix, with OCS airing the show in France, and Netflix streaming “The Spy” internationally outside of France.
