The Center is the brainchild of founder Stephanie Franklin, whose career includes work for Philadelphia’s sexual and reproductive health organization, CHOICE, where she started as an Outreach Worker and rose to the position of Youth Education Coordinator.
Her volunteer work in sex education for Restless Development, which led to a nine-month assignment in a South African rural community.
