Mike Pence’s Wife Returns to Work at an Anti-LGBTQ School

WASHINGTON, DC — (01-17-19) — Mike Pence’s wife Karen Pence, has returned to work at a known anti-LGBTQ school. It’s no surprise considering her husband, Vice President Mike Pence, who has a long track record of anti-LGBTQ activism, would take a job at a school that refuses to accept LGBTQ employees.

Karen Pence obviously shares her husband’s misguided theological views on the LGBTQ community by taking a teaching job at the Immanuel Christian School in Springfield, Virgina.

Now here’s the kicker…in order to be eligible to work at the Immanuel Chrisian School, an applicant must state and prove they are a true christian. Whatever that means!

Applicants are subjected to questions such as “Explain when and how you came to accept Jesus Christ as your Savior and describe your relationship with Christ today”. IF that wasn’t inrusive enough, try this one…“Explain your view of the creation/evolution debate.”. Need I say more?

Plus all applicants must sign the Immanuel Chrisian School’s “standards of behavior,” where it states that employees must recognize that marriage is a union between one man and one woman.

Furthermore employees are told not to engage in any activity that deviates from scripture (ie., premarital sex, homosexual or lesbian activity).

Parents of students at the Immanuel Chrisian School are not immune from the school’s dark ages policies as they must agree upon enrollment of their children to refrain from “participating in, supporting, or condoning sexual immorality, homosexual activity or bi-sexual activity, promoting such practices, or being unable to support the moral principles of the school.”

One has to wonder how this school is still open!
