WASHINGTON, D.C (01-06-19) — The U.S. Court of Appeals gave the Trump administration a victory on Friday, ruling in favor of Trump’s Transgender Military Ban. The court to the position of the pentagon saying that they have the right to induct a policy of restricting military service by transgender people.

The three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit ruled Friday that the lower-court judge was incorrect in blocking the Pentagon from implementing its anti-Transgender policy.

However anti-LGBTQ advocates shouldn’t boast about the ruling just yet as the unsigned ruling will not allow the Pentagon to put in place its anti-LGBTQ policy because three other judges have entered orders blocking the administration anti-Transgender policy in similar cases.

Its only been 7 years since the United States Military policy to ban service by transgender people was over turned by former president Barack Obama who ordered the ban terminated. Donald Trump with his never ending anti-LGBTQ agenda, said he would reverse the ban which has generated several lawsuits by transgender service members.

The Trump administration is so gun ho’ on pushing for their transgender ban that they have asked the U.S. Supreme Court to weigh in on the issue. So far, the high court has not said whether it will hear the case.
