MUSKOGEE, Okla. — Anna Corley, Owner of Little Secrets Adult Novelty Store, wasn’t sure she heard the armed gunman who entered her store, according to Corley.

The Little Secrets located at 2239 N 32nd St, is just the latest victim in a string of adult stores robberies over the past  three months.

“When he walked in he had his gun drawn,” said Corley.. “He had a gun in his right hand, and he said, ‘give me all the money,’ and I just said, ‘what? I was shocked, and he sort of laughed and said, ‘give me all the money’ again.” said Corley.

One caucasian male entered the Little Secrets Adult Novelty store around 2 p.m. Wednesday August 29, said Corley.  The suspect was wearing sunglasses, a brown shirt,  Army camouflage pants and a black stocking cap. According to Corley the suspect stood 5 feet 8 inches or 5 feet 9 inches with reddish brown hair that was kind of curly and looked to be between 210 to 215 pounds.

“He wasn’t wearing a mask or anything,” said Corley. “He said, ‘don’t look at me.'” said Corley.

The armed robber left the Little Secrets Adult Novelty store with $192 which was all the cash in the register at the time. The suepect drove off in a dark red Nissan Altima, heading north on U.S. 69. Anna Corley said she didn’t know if there was someone else driving the car.

“I felt the robber targeted my store because I had parked behind the store that day, and so no cars were in front of the store at the time of the robbery.

Anna Corley told the Duncan Banner newspaper…”I open at noon, and he came in at 2 p.m, so there wasn’t going to be that much money in the drawer,” said Corley. “And he was nervous. I don’t think he’d ever done this before.”

Corley said the robbery has caused her to lose sleep but she remained determined to come into work the day.

“I was up all night with that on my mind, going, ‘did that really happen’?” she said. “I didn’t want to come in to work today, but I knew that’s the worst thing you can do, to let it affect your life like that.”
