OCCUPATION, (2018) is the upcoming Sci-Fi Alien Invasion thriller written, produced and directed by Luke Sparke (Red Billabong, The 34th Batallion), where he brings the adventure of a small group of town residents who have to band together after a devastating ground alien invasion. As they struggle to survive, they realize they must stay one step ahead of their attackers, and work together for a chance to strike back.

Sparke put together a great cast for the Sci-Fi production of OCCUPATION; Dan Ewing, Temuera Morrison, Stephany Jacobsen, Izzy Stevens and Trystan Go.

OCCUPATION Trailer #1 shows the small town enjoying a game and then suddently, the crowd turn their heads to the horizon where bright lights burn in the night sky. “Take cover,” someone yells out. The bright lights start spitting out fireballs. Morrison calls out for his daughter. A footy player helps Morrison find her. Then they speed off through the Australian desert. The camera cuts to the group of escapees as they gaze a giant alien construction. Aliens have takemn over the Earth, and an emotionless Australian voice announces: “these guys are here to stay”.

Synopsis:
“After their small Australian country town is annihilated by an overwhelming airborne attack, a group of civilians evade capture and discover they are now among the last remaining survivors of an extraterrestrial invasion engulfing the entire planet. As humanity falls under world-wide occupation, they form a home-grown army to fight back against vastly superior enemy forces. On the frontlines of the battle for Earth, they are our last hope.”

During the production of OCCUPATION, all of the extras in the film were unpaid volunteers.
