Breaking from Donald Trump, Gay former spokesperson for Gov. Jeb Bush, Republican Tim Miller,  came out and endorsed Democratic Alabama Senate candidate Doug Jones.  While several republicans are drawing a line in the sand on tribal lines, Miller is standing for principal above party.

Miller who was the openly Gay former communications director for Jeb Bush’s failed presidential campaign last year, sent off a few tweets today where he confirms that he donated to the Doug Jones campaign.

It is nice to see people step out of the tribal party lines and say no to supporting the twice-fired Alabama judge who not only refused to adhere to the Supreme Court’s ruling on gay marriage, but he is now accused by numerous women of praying on them during their teenage years. In fact one of the accusers was as young as 14. Not to mention Moore met his wife when she was a teenager and he was a 30 year-old man.

This isn’t the only time Tim Miller has broken ranks with his party as he has made it a point to criticize President Trump on several issues. In fact he once worked for an anti-Trump political action committee. Miller also contributes to the Crooked Media website which is affiliated with former Obama administration members.
