LAS VEGAS — ‘Boyfriend’ (2017) is the first short film with a gay-theme, written an directed by Kyle Krieger. He did an outstanding job on his first project and we can’t wait to see what is coming next for the young director.  The Boyfriend: A Short Film has even been covered on Gay Times Magazine as well as Towerland.

Krieger recently teamed up with his best friends to create ‘Boyfriend’ (2017) for his application to film school. “This is my first attempt at directing a film and I really loved the process so much. I learned a lot about storytelling. I was present to how exciting and challenging it can be to bring out emotion using imagery and very little dialog.”

Kyle Krieger posted the following on his YouTube Channel:

I was so grateful to use ‘Breathe Me’ by Sia in this film. She is one of my most favorite artists and when I saw on the YouTube audio library it was available I knew I had to use it. ‘Breathe Me’ was the first song I ever heard by Sia and it got me through one of the darkest parts of my addiction. I hope she doesn’t mind me using it here.”
