WASHINGTON, DC — While many in the adult film industry are marketing bareback porn, a new CDC report is throwing a curve in the trend among males from the age of 15-44 showing a huge increase in condom use.

Meaning that adult stores should give serious weight in increasing condom inventory from a variety of brands that will sure increase revenue.

According to a new published report released last Thursday by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in the National Health Statistics reports, “Limited to Condom Use During Vaginal Intercourse”, authors of the study surveyed more than 20,000 men and women between the age genres of 15 to 44 between 2011 to 2015 and compared their responses to those from a similar survey conducted with the same age group in 2002.

According to the results one-third of the men, or 33.7 percent, claimed they used a condom the last time they had sexual intercourse. That was a huge 29.5 percent surprising increase from the numbers found in 2002.

Women surveyed between 2011-2015 showed an increase of 23.8 percent claiming that their male sexual parter used a condom the last time they had intercourse. Now this figure is nearly the same as the results conducted in 2002 where they found that 23.4 percent of the women said that their male sexual partner utilized a condom their last time having intercourse.

According to global marketing firm ‘Research and Markets’, the U.S. condom market is rising substantially and is on target to be valued at $9.6 billion by 2021.
